FULL MOON in Scorpio/Taurus
Raghubir here....and Tomorrow is Friday: 11-11-11 a day of great import. Even though the transition from the Piscean Age to the Aquarian Age has already begun (the cusp period is actually from 11-1991 to 11-2012) there is a special significance on this day here in Los Angeles.
"In 2011, on 11.11.11 at 11:30 AM, longitude and latitude taken at LA, the Aquarian Age will be toady established" - YB (quote from an article in this month's LA Journal).
Yogi Bhajan talked a great deal about the difficulties that some people might encounter as a result of this transition. You may have already noticed that things that "used to work" no longer do the trick. You might have felt a shift in your energy and maybe even a weird feeling you can't explain.
If you have been practicing Kundalini Yoga, you are aware of these changes as your heart opens up and you are living a life a greater service to your community and your loved ones. There is a lot going on tomorrow in Los Angeles so you can take advantage of many gatherings, meditations, celebrations. Just google "11-11-11" and see what pops up. I'm going to 2 of Harijiwan and Tej's workshops at Golden Bridge on Friday, the White Tantic Yoga on Saturday, and another Harijiwan/Tej workshop on Sunday at GB. TONIGHT AT GOLDEN BRIDGE IS A FULL MOON CLASS WITH HARIJIWAN AND TEJ AT 6:00.
Friday night, there is also a special class at YOGA WEST (with Gurudhan) with deep meditation and chanting. Around town, there's something for everyone. Also at the Crystal Matrix, in Atwater Village, there is even a special Crystal Bowl meditation!
FRIDAY Morning's RISE AND SHINE CLASS is going to be extra special. OFF THE CHARTS! Come join me at 6:15am to bring in the auspicious day with a GONG! First we'll renew our Nervous Systems and Build Stamina to take whatever comes our way with aplomb.... and then well do a long meditation "Transition into the Aquarian Age" which will help us make the upgrade. I'll be giving out a copy of this mediation which you can practice on your own....
