UNEDITED AND UNBELIEVABLE!

An unedited picture from our Kundalink photo shoot....Ally and Leo dancing and prancing around in our new clothes for the camera. Before the shoot, we all tuned in with Ong Namo Guru Dev Namo and we played mantras throughout the shoot. IT WAS DIVINE. It was so much fun and our models were radiant, happy, and very comfortable in our clothes. So comfortable, in fact, they took some home with them!

Ally is wearing the radiant white cotton jersey Kundawrap on her head, the Tantric Blue Amritsar hand printed hemp/cotton Kundawrap around her neck, Tantric Blue 3/4 sleeve
tunic , our meditation vest in white cotton jersey, and our very popular drawstring women's pants in white.

Leo is wearing the radiant white cotton jersey Kundawrap on his head, the Tantric Blue cotton jersey Kundawrap around his neck, our waffle cotton long sleeved Henley, and our popular men's cotton jersey drawstring 2-pocket pants.

We are selling so many of our pants, we can't keep them on the shelves! That should tell you that they are SO COMFORTABLE you won't want to wear anything else. Our 3/4 sleeve tunic is also a big seller with women who want a chic-er look and with the prenatal crowd. It comes with a belt and you can cinch it under the bustline for an empire look.

KUNDALINK IS GROWING AND GLOWING

This is a picture of me "styling" Ally, our radiant and gorgeous Kundalini women's model, at our photoshoot last weekend. We are putting together a catalogue and new improved online KUNDALINK store for men and women with photographs of all our garments and products so it will be a breeze to shop. We are now set up to offer wholesale discounts to qualifying retail stores and yoga studios. So far, you can purchase some of our products at Yoga West in LA and at Sage Hills Yoga Center in Utah. Ally is wearing our Tantric Blue Sleeveless Dress over our 100% cotton leggings. And I'm wearing whatever.

3 1/2 years ago, when Kundalink was just a thought in my head, it was a Kundabag and two headcoverings. Little by little, it grew into an online destination for all things a Kundalini practitioner couldn't find anywhere else....and a live presence at all the 3HO events where I
hosted a table and personally got to know lots of beautiful individuals. Online sales kept increasing and with our inclusion in the 3HO World Market, started to receive orders from around the globe. Advertising on Yogamint brought new customers and of course happy customers and their word of mouth made us a welcomed member of the Kundalini Yoga community.

NOW I am happy to report, WE ARE THREE KUNDALINI YOGIS who are running things and
with all this energy focused in this direction, we are growing and glowing in all the right places.

Since Los Angeles is where the three of us live and work, we are keeping all our operations LA-centric. For example, we are making our clothing here in LA and have our 100% cotton jersey woven for us here in downtown LA. We do all our own dyeing, piece by piece and hand decorate each individual garment. A lot of love goes into this enterprise and we do everything, and I mean everything, with as much integrity as humanly possible.

Gong Playing Thoughts by Harijiwan

Gong Playing Thoughts by Harijiwan from ETentity on Vimeo.

There is really nothing I can say about this video except that Elena shot and edited it and Harijiwan is doing his thing. He's my teacher and there isn't a day that goes by that he doesn't teach me something profound and USEFUL so that my life can get better and better.

You can visit his website at www.harijiwan.com, you can visit any one of his classes (at Golden Bridge Yoga or Highland Yoga) or be a part of his teacher's trainings as a full time student or a drop in. Anyway you decide, you won't be sorry. He is an extraordinary teacher.

Project 108

I am pleased to announce that Project 108 is alive and well and already in business. Unisex and men's yoga and leisure clothing have been added to Kundalink's successful yet small roster of women's comfortable white cotton clothing to form PROJECT 108. The idea was conceived in the foothills of the Himilayas on a Yatra that one of my partners and I were on. We had been discussing the idea of working together to not only create a conscious clothing company but to structure it so that we could give 11% of our profits to charity and back to the teachings.

We debuted our "mantra t-shirts" at the White Tantric Yoga Bazaar in Los Angeles last week to a very positive response and we're continuing to produce both the tshirts and the hoodies with our first mantra, the Sunshine Song . MORE MANTRAS COMING! The Sunshine Song, or Long time Sun Song is a Celtic folk tune that was recorded by the Incredible String Band back in the 1960s and later adopted by Yogi Bhajan as an affirmative ending to every Kundalini Yoga class.

The "Sunshine Song" starts at 2:29 on this incredible Incredible String Band version.

Last month, Kundalink wrote a dedicated email for Yogamint about the benefits of wearing 100% white cotton clothing. We called it "The Energetic Umbrella". The content was paraphrased from an article in The Beads of Truth from Spring 1981.

This is the entire explanation that Yogi Bhajan gave as an answer to a question about the wearing of white cotton clothing:
"We wear white because it's a simple scientific fact that every piece of matter or material has a foot and a half aura. Every animal has a three and a half foot aura. Every human has a nine foot aura. And if we wear the cotton and we wear the white, this color therapy gives us one extra foot of aura. So, I trust my students will behave right, but in case they behave like animals, they will still have a margin, an edge. And that is what it's all about. You have to wear a natural fibre and you have to wear white. It's a pure color therapy and it's called auric color therapy"

INDIA...HERE I COME

a little party favor from the rooftop of the Hotel LeGolden
the Golden Temple at dawn
and
a mailbox in Amritsar

On Tuesday of next week, I am returning to India. Lots to do before I go and I am getting that feeling in my stomach of "I'm going home". Very exciting. I'm going with my teacher, Harijiwan and his wife, Erin and a small group to the Northern cities of Amritsar, Dharamsala, and Palampur. I'm going to Delhi first because there are a few things I wanted to do there (one being, to visit the Taj Mahal)...

...BUT Because of the Commonwealth Games, the city of Delhi is JAMMED. Going to the Taj Mahal is not looking like a possibility...fortunately there are plenty of other things to do for the 1 1/2 days I'll be there like:

1. visiting Nizamuddin's tomb.
2. visiting Humayan's tomb
3. visiting India Gate
and just running around. Since the streets will most likely be closed around our hotel, I am sure that we will walk them and see what we can find. That's what I like to do anyway....
I'm going to Delhi with two friends who will be on the Yatra and I'm sure it will be an adventure all around!
